He might get married to a pornstar, but he'll be divorced by the end of the night. His beautiful dark twisted fantasy is slowly disappearing. He is in love with a pornstar and everything is going well for him. He doesn't want them anymore he thinks that as long as he has women and religion he's good. "Hell of a Life" shows him throwing away drugs. He's a douchebag, who cares more about his ego than anything. Runaway he's telling his girl (who we meet in Hell Of A Life) that he's a bad person, over a production that blended sparse piano stabs with strong beats, with the line "Let's take a toast for the douchebags" celebrating his notoriety. Kanye's album is about his fall, and these are the tracks that reflect Kanye's thinking at his most self-reflective. “Runaway”, “Hell of a Life” and “Blame Game” are all about how awful Kanye can be. The song isn't about someone who thinks they're great, it's about someone who got to live their fantasy for a while, but is now losing it all. In the next track, “Power”, he talks about literally jumping out of his penthouse, into the city streets below.
